1. Booking & Payments

A confirmed booking is only guaranteed upon receipt of full or partial payment.
Payments can be made online via our secure payment gateway or bank transfer.
Cancellation charges may apply based on our cancellation policy.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be informed in writing.
Refund eligibility varies by activity and notice period. Adventure activities may be non-refundable within 48 hours of departure.
In case of weather-related cancellations, we offer an alternate date or partial refund.

3. Participant Responsibility

Guests must follow safety instructions provided by our guides.
WALT India is not responsible for any loss, injury, or accident due to negligence or disregard of instructions.
Participants should be in good health and disclose any medical condition before the activity.

4. Changes & Modifications

WALT India reserves the right to modify itineraries, activity timing, or services due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
In rare cases of unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, etc.), services may be rescheduled.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, text, logos) is the property of WALT India and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
